.What is SmartPanics?
It is an application for smartphones that protects your customers 24/7 hours, wherever you are by connecting to your monitoring company.
While the monitoring center attends the emergency event by assisting the customer, the system automatically notifies their relatives through E-mail – SMS and Push Notifications.
It allows sending Emergency, Assistance or Fire events and reporting the exact of it location to the monitoring center.
With the alarm in progress sending , the SmartPanics APP allows the end user to perform several multimedia functions to communicate with the Monitoring Center.

- Send text messages to the monitoring center.
The Panic Button on the Road allows a passive start, by a countdown timer or by estimated arrival time to destination. This last feature allows the sending of auto-photo during the route and immediate sending of the alert.
A customized message can be programmed to contacts indicating the path started and the time it will take to complete it. During the SOS or any other alarms, the system allows to send photos of the reel or taken at the time of emergency with the smartphone front or rear camera .
The audio clip on demand or pre-authorized audio listening from the central station. , as well as video clip of a few seconds send ,and a one-touch call to the central station or free text sending .
It is possible to configure in each user, what buttons are available.

It provides access to all the user fixed monitoring accounts, view the latest events, as reports or map located, with filters by event type and number.
It also allows access to the account and display all the information such as general data, users, zones, contacts, schedules, calls, notifications, alarm panel info, etc.
The client can access their monitored vehicles, view the last position of each one in a report or map, historical routes, events, manage data and report changes. This feature requires the TrackGuard module.
It allows unifying the control of family or work security, integrating the SmartPanics of multiple members into one set. These can have the category of Coordinator or Member. The Coordinators can visualize current and historical position of the members, visualize their events, define multiple inclusion/exclusion geofences alert and change its tracking configuration. You can define maximum speed by user and generate alerts by surpass. Alerts are notified through emails or SMS to all interested parties.
Integrates in the application the possibility of the client accessing their video sources, come from webcams, DVR, NVR and others, for video sources compatible with RTSP or with D-Guard.
All the video links of the fixed accounts can be selected from a menu proving live images. This feature requires the SG Video module
Each APP can be set to report position to the server, according to a time-distance calculation routine, and these 2 parameters can be set for each unit on demand. The group coordinator have the right to set the on or off and the members time-distance units .The position report works with the APP in the background, although it is not being used open by the user.
Through this menu, the user can set his connection to the service, activate TEST, define event times and alarm sounds,
Security options by PIN to block unauthorized access, view the operations LOG and send it for review to his provider ,
Modify the TRACKING and in case of being a coordinator, suggest new users to the system and read their service conditions.
Any number of inclusion or exclusion geofences can be set for each member user from the coordinators APP, once the process is done , the system uploads and activates them in the member APPs.
Once the geofences are created, alerts can be set by email and / or SMS so that the interested parties can be alerted about the entry or exit of a member to each geofence.
The end user has the possibility to test the entire system from the TEST button. That function locates the smartphone on the map and resolves the street name to validate that the positioning works as it should.
At the same time, the position is sent to the server to check the system communication, obtaining a confirmation from the server if everything is normal, indicating also the communication mean used by the APP to communicate.
The APP is able to go beyond the server notification system, send events notification for each button to the interested parties contacts.
These notifications are sent via SMS and the system allows linking each event with one or more contacts.
The service allows through the known “balloons” to be notified via the APP, all the user interest places.
In the case of being the Coordinator, it is possible to receive all alerts from the group members.
In addition to having the MY ACCOUNTS or MY VEHICLES services activated, you can receive reports of events that have occurred as an alternative to emails or SMSs.
Also it is possible to set and send security tips, account statements, promotions, etc.
